Seru Coral Resort - Curacao
BUNGALOW B14 - KORAALTJE

We offer our bungalow to maximum of 4 adults/children and 1 baby (up to 2 years).
​
The rental rate for 2025 is EUR 84/day.
For a stay longer than 2 weeks, and 10% discount applies on the rental rate.
For a stay lof 1 month or longer, a 20 % discount applies on the rental rate.

Additional costs:
- 7% tourist tax
- Water & Electricity at consumption (*)
- EUR 90,- for Fresh Bed linen, towels, & Cleaning of the house at checkout
​
(*) A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required prior to arrival for 1 week stay. The actual use of water & electricity will be reconciled with the deposit. At average use the costs will be approximately EUR 10-15/day, based on running the airco's in the bedrooms during night time only. For stays longer than a week, the deposit will be increased by 10 EUR / day to cover for the water / electricity costs.

STUDIO S38 - BRISA

We offer our studio for a maximum of 2 adults/children and 1 baby (up to 2 years).
​​
The rental rate for 2025 is EUR 45/day.

- EUR 60,- for Fresh Bed linen, towels, & Cleaning of the house at checkout

(*) A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required prior to arrival for up to 2 week stay. The actual use of water & electricity will be reconciled with the deposit. At average use the costs will be approximately EUR 7-10/day, based on running the airco uring night time only. For stays longer than 2 weeks, the deposit will be increased by 10 EUR / day to cover for the water / electricity costs.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
​
We require for a 25% advance payment to confirm the booking, and the remaining payment together with the deposit 42 days before arrival in accordance with Dutch travel ANVR conditions; This can be done by bank transfer to a bank in Curacao / the Netherlands, or for example Paypal.
In case of early cancellation after booking, the following cancellation costs will be charged over the travel sum / rental period in accordance with Dutch ANVR, excluding cleaning costs / tourist tax:
- more than 42 days before arrival: 25% cancellation costs (down payment),
- from 42 to 28 days before arrival: 35% of the travel sum;
- from 28 to 21 days before arrival: 40% of the travel sum;
- from 21 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the travel sum;
- from 14 to 7 days before arrival: 75% of the travel sum;
- from 7 to the arrival day: 90% of the travel sum;
- on the day of arrival (no show): the full travel sum.
